Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products, services, or brand. The role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, generating leads, and optimizing online presence across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

2. Digital Campaign Management

• Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

• Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Track and measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI metrics.

3. Social Media and Content Marketing

• Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy to increase engagement and brand visibility.

• Coordinate content creation (blogs, videos, infographics, and posts) in collaboration with designers and content writers.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

4. Website Management and SEO

• Oversee website content, structure, and user experience to ensure optimal performance.

• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Analyze website analytics and user behavior to recommend improvements.

5. Email and CRM Marketing

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

• Utilize CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize communication.

• Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies for higher engagement.

6. Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels.

• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, etc.) to derive actionable insights.

• Present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

7. Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (if applicable).

• Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in digital marketing.
