💼 Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, manage our digital brand presence, and generate high-quality leads for our men's wellness product range.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on lead generation and ROI.

• Create & manage audience targeting, ad creatives, and A/B testing strategies.

• Maintain and update digital profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.

• Collaborate with the creative team for content ideas aligned with the brand.

• Track ad performance, generate weekly/monthly reports, and refine strategies accordingly.

• Identify new digital opportunities to boost reach, engagement, and conversion.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the men's wellness and Ayurvedic market trends.

🎯 Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads management and performance marketing.

• Strong understanding of digital metrics: CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.

• Experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and basic Canva/Photoshop.

• Excellent communication & analytical skills.

• Self-driven with a growth mindset.

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience in health/wellness or Ayurveda industry.

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and basic funnel strategies.
