The Mission

We are at the starting line. We need a high-energy marketer who can bridge the gap between "looking good" on social media and "generating sales" via ads. You will be responsible for creating the content, posting it, and then putting ad spend behind it to scale our growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media (The Creative)

• End-to-End Content Production: Script, film, and edit high-conversion Reels and TikTok-style videos for Instagram and Meta Ads.

• Social Management: Design daily posts/stories and manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and captions that drive action, not just "likes."

• Ad Setup & Management: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & PMax).

• Tracking & Attribution: Ensure meta pixels and conversion, google tag manager tracking are working correctly to measure every rupee spent.

• Rapid Testing: Constantly test new hooks, headlines, and audiences to lower our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

• WooCommerce Management: Manage basic site banners, and ensure the landing page experience matches the ad promise.

Requirements 

• The Portfolio: You must show a portfolio of social media content or video ads you have personally created/edited.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Tools: Proficiency in Video Editing tools (Video) and Canva/Photoshop (Design).

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
