Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our advertising and organic social media campaigns on the Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic content and data-driven ad management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media algorithms, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop, plan, and execute high-impact paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad copy, graphics, and video content that maintains a consistent brand voice.
Audience Targeting & Optimization: Conduct market research to define and target specific audience segments (e.g., custom and lookalike audiences). Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and bid strategy adjustments to maximize ROI and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rates, etc.) using tools like Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights to management.
Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement to build customer relationships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and advertising policies to ensure campaigns are innovative and compliant.
