The company provides sourcing and logistics solutions for businesses importing goods from China to India and exporting goods from India to China. Services include supplier coordination, product sourcing support, freight coordination, customs clearance, documentation support and door-to-door delivery. The role is intended to strengthen online visibility, generate qualified B2B leads and support sales growth across importers, exporters, traders, manufacturers, e-commerce sellers and SMEs.
Role Objective
The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns to generate high-quality inbound leads for China-India / India-China sourcing and logistics services. The candidate should be able to manage daily digital marketing activities, create relevant content, track campaign performance and coordinate closely with the sales team to convert marketing inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Generation and Campaign Management
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns for B2B lead generation across Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Meta platforms and other relevant channels.
• Run campaigns targeting importers, exporters, traders, manufacturers, procurement teams, e-commerce sellers and SMEs dealing with China and India trade.
• Develop landing pages, enquiry forms, WhatsApp lead flows and call-to-action journeys to improve lead capture.
• Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads, track follow-ups and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates and campaign return on investment.
B. SEO, Website and Content Marketing
• Improve website visibility for service keywords related to China sourcing, import from China to India, export from India to China, customs clearance, freight forwarding and door delivery.
• Prepare SEO-friendly website content, blogs, service pages, FAQs, case studies and short-form educational content.
• Coordinate with website developers or agencies for landing page updates, tracking tags, page-speed improvements and basic technical SEO requirements.
• Use keyword research, competitor analysis and search trends to identify content opportunities.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, service positioning and value proposition across all digital channels.
C. Social Media and Brand Communication
• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, reels, carousels, short videos and basic creatives explaining logistics processes, customs clearance, trade routes, sourcing tips and service benefits.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors or use tools such as Canva to prepare professional marketing creatives.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure regular posting as per business priorities.
• Respond to digital inquiries or route them to the sales / operations team in a timely manner.
D. Email, WhatsApp and CRM Support
• Prepare email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts and follow-up communication for prospects, existing customers and trade-related audiences.
• Maintain lead data in CRM, Google Sheets or company-approved tools with correct source, status and follow-up remarks.
• Segment leads by service requirement, route, product category, country, business size and urgency.
• Support remarketing campaigns for website visitors, previous inquiries and inactive leads.
• Ensure all lead communication is professional, accurate and aligned with company-approved service commitments.
E. Analytics and Reporting
• Track website traffic, leads, campaign performance and channel-wise conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads generated, campaign spend, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion status and recommendations.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements in targeting, creatives, landing pages, keywords and budgets.
• Maintain competitor monitoring for logistics, sourcing, customs clearance and import/export service providers.
• Share insights with management to support marketing planning and sales strategy.
