Job Description

Manage daily opera ons of digital pla orms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
2. Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and promo onal content.
3. Coordinate with design, produc on, and sales teams for campaign execu on.
4. Handle customer queries, messages, and reviews on digital pla orms.
5. Monitor digital performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and leads.
6. Support online promo ons, offers, and product launches.
7. Work with agencies/vendors for ads, crea ves, and campaigns if required.
8. Maintain content calendars and digital ac vity reports.
9. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
10. Track compe tors’ digital ac vi es and share insights.
