Arrow Digital is looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels and a strong understanding of performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical SEO activities, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization

Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites using Element or

Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools such as Active Campaign and MailChimp

Plan, manage, and optimize Google AdWords (Google Ads) campaigns to achieve maximum ROI

Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and other digital platforms

Manage social media platforms, run campaigns, and actively engage with the online community

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics

Excellent content writing skills with hands-on experience using WordPress

Proficiency in email marketing tools such as ACTIVE Campaign and MailChimp

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
