Krishna Associates & Developers is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.

• Execute, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Perform basic SEO activities, including on-page optimization, keyword implementation, and website content updates.

• Coordinate with the website team for basic website updates and improvements.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.

• Generate and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement new strategies to improve lead generation.

Requirements

• knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-page SEO, basic keyword optimization, and website updates).

• Experience in managing social media platforms and content calendars.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools is an added advantage.

• knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting.

• Good communication skills and a creative mindset.

• Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
