Job Summary:
Koti Welfare Trust is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our Communications Team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Social Media Visibility across various online platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You should have a passion for digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure and enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proven experience in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
