Job Responsibilities
• Increase OPD patient footfall
• Generate leads for diagnostics and health check-ups
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages
• Create daily reels and health awareness posts
• Run Google and Meta ad campaigns
• Improve Google reviews and online reputation
• Manage the hospital website
• Coordinate with doctors for educational videos
• Analyze campaign performance and submit monthly reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• 100+ qualified patient enquiries per month
• 50+ genuine Google reviews per month
• 12–15 educational reels per month
• Website traffic growth
• Cost per patient acquisition
• Growth in OPD appointments from digital channels
• Increase in diagnostics bookings
Qualification
• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
Salary (Faridabad)
• Fresher: ₹18,000–25,000/month
• 1–3 years’ experience: ₹25,000–30000/month
