Job Description:

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/Display), and LinkedIn.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure the lowest possible CPL (Cost Per Lead) for high-ticket projects.
Perform A/B testing on ad copies and visual assets.
Provide weekly analytics reports with actionable insights for clients.

Skills Required:

Platform Mastery: Certified in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager.
Copywriting: Ability to write "hooks" that stop the scroll.
Experience: Proven track record of managing monthly spends of ₹2L+.
