Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing professional with strong experience in the E-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing, marketplace promotions, website traffic growth, social media strategy, and ROI-driven campaigns. Prior hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Meesho, Myntra is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and drive conversions.
Plan monthly budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
2. Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Manage Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
Run marketplace promotions, deals, coupons, and brand visibility campaigns.
Improve product ranking, visibility, and conversions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio.
3. Website Traffic & SEO
Work closely with the content/SEO team to improve website ranking.
Increase organic traffic through keyword optimization, backlinks, and technical SEO inputs.
Analyze user flow, bounce rate, and conversion funnel.
4. Social Media & Content Strategy
Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest content.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, videos, reels.
Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central dashboards.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create and monitor email campaigns, newsletters, promotional sequences.
Work with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WebEngage, OneSignal.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing, PPC ads, marketplace ads, and online sales funnels.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads.
Understanding of A/B testing, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools, and seller dashboards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing within the e-commerce sector.
