About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence and generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Manage Google Ads and other paid marketing channels.
Generate and optimize real estate leads.
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA and ROAS.
Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, banners and ad creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives and budgets.
Conduct competitor, audience and keyword research.
Maintain campaign reports and track lead quality.
Implement basic SEO, Google Business Profile and website marketing activities.
Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and social media marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and video editing is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
