Job Summary

IRS Design is expanding its team and is looking for creative, motivated, and result-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in online marketing, brand building, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online platforms

• Manage and optimize social media pages and content calendars

• Work on SEO, basic keyword research, and website content optimization

• Run and monitor paid ads (Google Ads / Social Media Ads) as required

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports

• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing creatives

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMO, PPC, content marketing)

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

• Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
