Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow all brand social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
Create, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Identify and manage 2–3 barter collaborations with influencers/creators every week.
Research and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand and target audience.
Coordinate with influencers from outreach to content delivery and posting.
Track social media performance, engagement, reach, followers, and conversions.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
Support brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across digital channels.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Good communication, coordination, and content-planning skills.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
Experience with influencer/barter collaborations preferred.
