Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic reach and ranking.

• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and ensure consistent brand voice and engagement.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to create eye-catching digital creatives and marketing assets.

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion goals.

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

3. Content & Communication

• Create engaging content for posts, blogs, emails, and ad copies relevant to financial products.

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp marketing.

• Manage online reputation through reviews, feedback, and brand responses.

4. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination

• Run lead generation campaigns for financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead flow and conversion tracking.

• Use CRM tools to manage, segment, and nurture leads.

  Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
