Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Canva for creating social media posts, banners, and design materials. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and basic mathematical calculation abilities. Proficiency in Canva and Excel is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Create social media posts, banners, and visual content using Canva.

Design templates, marketing materials, and digital creatives as needed.

Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and data entries.

Draft professional emails and documents in proper English.

Perform basic mathematical calculations for reports and data analysis.

Handle back-office operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

English Knowledge— both written and Understanding.

Basic knowledge of math and calculations.

Creativity and accuracy in design creation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Detail-oriented and proactive work approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in graphic design, back-office, or administrative roles is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
