Digital Marketing Executive – Meta Ads
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Create campaigns for awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions
Build and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for improved ROI (ROAS, CPC, CPA)
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing
Implement and manage Meta Pixel for accurate conversion tracking
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience running e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
