Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects.

• Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns.

• Plan, create, and post engaging daily content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for maximum ROI.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends and digital tools.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies for property sales.

• Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Creative mindset with the ability to design and publish engaging content.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.

• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.

• Basic graphic design or Canva skills for social media creatives.
