Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation

   • Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate verified leads.

   • Design hyperlocal ad campaigns for district-level partner support.

2. Social Media Marketing

   • Create, manage, and grow official and partner social media pages.

   • Develop marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

3. WhatsApp & SMS Campaigns

   • Design and execute bulk WhatsApp and SMS drip campaigns.

   • Help partners implement campaigns in their areas.

4. Content Creation & Branding

   • Write engaging captions, ad copy, and visual content.

   • Support partners in building personal brands online.

5. Partner Digital Support

   • Guide DSAs on how to use digital tools for business growth.

   • Run small workshops or 1-on-1 calls with underperforming partners.

6. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

   • Analyze performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.

   • Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement plans.
