Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Bulk Messaging & Digital Campaign Executive to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale voter outreach campaigns using SMS, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute bulk SMS campaigns using professional SMS gateway platforms.

Plan and manage WhatsApp Business/API campaigns for text, images, videos, PDFs, brochures, and promotional materials in compliance with applicable platform policies and regulations.

Manage and organize contact databases (Excel), including segmentation and scheduling.

Design and execute targeted communication campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Coordinate with the creative team for campaign content, creatives, videos, and promotional material.

Track campaign performance, delivery reports, read rates, and engagement analytics.

Ensure timely execution of campaign schedules during election activities.

Maintain confidentiality of voter/contact databases and campaign information.
