Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Experience: 0–3 years
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve website rankings.
Manage Google Ads/PPC campaigns and monitor ROI.
Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Create email marketing campaigns and manage customer databases.
Coordinate with content, design, sales, and development teams.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and digital marketing performance.
Prepare regular reports on leads, traffic, conversions, and campaign results.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva/graphic design and content writing is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make marketing decisions.
Key KPIs: Website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, organic rankings, ROAS, and cost per lead.
