Digital Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console.

• Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and web pages.

• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to increase conversion rates.

• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Monitor social media performance and respond to comments or inquiries.

• Track and report on performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.

• Hands-on experience with tools like:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager

  • SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)

  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

  • WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

• Analytical mindset with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
