Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our social media presence, running high-converting Meta Ads, optimizing our website through SEO, managing lead databases, and executing end-to-end digital ad campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Development & Management

• Develop and execute growth strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

• Design, schedule, and publish engaging content calendars (posts, reels, graphic banners, and captions).

• Build community engagement by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely manner.

• Track viral social media trends and competitor activities to increase brand reach and follower engagement.

2. Meta Ads & Paid Campaign Execution

• Setup, manage, and optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

• Run targeted lead generation, conversion, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, ad placements, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).

• Manage advertising budgets and generate performance reports to maximize campaign Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website landing pages, blogs, and meta descriptions to improve organic rankings.
