Job Description

Real Estate Sales Executive


- Generate and convert leads into property sales.

- Meet customers and understand their property requirements and budget.

- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing and payment plans.

- Conduct and coordinate customer site visits.

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Documentation and Management teams for smooth deal closure.

- Stay updated with project inventory, pricing and offers.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth booking experience.
