Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and smart Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence, generate leads, and support brand visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media, paid ads, SEO, and content creation—especially for healthcare or service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

• Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness

• Manage customer queries and comments professionally

2. Performance Marketing

• Run and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns

• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation

• Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports

3. Content Creation

• Write captions, ad copies, website content, and blog posts

• Coordinate with designers for creatives, reels, and video scripts

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging

4. SEO & Website Management

• On-page & off-page SEO

• Manage website updates, pages, and landing pages

• Improve ranking for key terms like “hearing aids in Lucknow,” “hearing aid clinic near me,” etc.

5. Reputation & Review Management

• Monitor Google reviews, JustDial, Practo, etc.

• Respond to reviews and maintain positive online reputation

6. Lead Management

• Monitor lead flow from ads, website, WhatsApp, and calls

• Ensure leads are shared with the sales/clinic team promptly

• Track conversions and optimize lead quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO

• Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and content writing

• Understanding of analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare marketing or service industry

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Creativity with a strong sense of design and branding

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
