Job Description

Autographe Technologies, a Guru group of companies is a full-service marketing agency specialising in website development, digital marketing, graphic and UI/UX design, and video editing. We help brands turn strategy, storytelling and high-performing digital experiences into measurable growth.

Role overview

We are seeking a data-aware, creative and AI-fluent Digital Marketing and Creative Executive to plan, execute, optimise and report on integrated campaigns for Autographe and its client portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong fundamentals in SEO, social media, paid media, email/CRM and content with modern AI-assisted workflows—while maintaining brand accuracy, human editorial judgement and client confidentiality.

______________________

Required experience & qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrable, end-to-end digital marketing experience, content creation, graphic design and video editing, ideally handling multiple brands, campaigns or clients simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tech, Communications, Business, Design or a related field is preferred; strong portfolio and proven results can substitute.

  • Evidence of campaign ownership with measurable outcomes. Include anonymised dashboards, case studies, sample calendars, SEO audits, ad accounts or email workflows where possible.

  • Excellent written English, persuasive copywriting and proofreading skills. Hindi and other regional-language campaign experience is an advantage.

  • Strong visual judgement and ability to brief creatives; comfortable working with designers, developers, video editors and stakeholders.

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable with deadlines, changing priorities and client feedback.

______________________

Key objectives

  • Grow qualified website traffic, enquiries, leads and revenue through search, paid, social, email and conversion-led campaigns.

  • Build repeatable campaign operations: clear briefs, audience segmentation, tracking, approvals, launch checklists, reporting and optimisation.

  • Translate performance data into practical recommendations for creative, content, website and media teams.

  • Use AI responsibly to increase research, ideation, production and optimisation speed—not as a substitute for verification, strategy or original thinking. Core responsibilities Campaign strategy & operations

  • Convert business goals and client briefs into channel plans, target audiences, budgets, timelines, KPIs, creative requirements and measurement plans.

  • Own campaign set-up and day-to-day execution across organic, paid, email and website channels; coordinate with design, UI/UX, web-development and video teams.

  • Maintain campaign calendars, UTM naming conventions, asset libraries, approval trails and client-ready status updates.

  • Conduct competitor, market, audience and channel research; turn findings into testable hypotheses and campaign briefs.

Core responsibilities

Campaign strategy & operations

  • Convert business goals and client briefs into channel plans, target audiences, budgets, timelines, KPIs, creative requirements and measurement plans.

  • Own campaign set-up and day-to-day execution across organic, paid, email and website channels; coordinate with design, UI/UX, web-development and video teams.

  • Maintain campaign calendars, UTM naming conventions, asset libraries, approval trails and client-ready status updates.

  • Conduct competitor, market, audience and channel research; turn findings into testable hypotheses and campaign briefs.

SEO, content & AI-search visibility

  • Perform keyword research, clustering, search-intent mapping and content-gap analysis for service pages, blogs, landing pages and campaign assets.

  • Execute on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, canonical tags, schema markup recommendations, XML sitemaps and robots directives in partnership with developers.

  • Use Google Search Console and crawlers to identify indexation, coverage, Core Web Vitals, broken links, redirect and technical SEO issues.

  • Monitor traditional search performance and emerging AI-search/GEO visibility; structure source-backed, entity-clear content that is useful to readers and appropriate for AI discovery.

  • Support ethical off-page SEO and digital PR through relevant outreach, link prospecting and brand-mention monitoring

Social media & community

  • Build monthly organic social calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest and other clientrelevant channels.

  • Write platform-native captions, hooks, hashtags, CTAs and community responses; schedule, publish and monitor content using approved tools.

  • Brief static, carousel, short-form video, motion and UGC-style assets; ensure channel specifications, subtitles, accessibility and brand consistency.

  • Track reach, engagement, follower quality, video retention, clicks, leads, sentiment and share of voice; recommend content improvements.

  • Support influencer/creator research, outreach coordination, briefing, disclosure compliance and performance reporting when required.

PPC & performance media

  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Shopping and remarketing where relevant.

  • Manage paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platforms as required.

  • Conduct keyword, audience, placement, negative-keyword, competitor research and write compliant ad copy and coordinate high-converting creative and landing pages.

  • Optimise toward agreed outcomes such as qualified leads, CPA/CPL, ROAS, revenue, pipeline contribution and incremental lift.

  • Produce clear weekly and monthly paid-media reports covering spend, impressions, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA/CPL, ROAS, insights, tests and next actions.

CRM, email & automation

  • Manage contact data hygiene, lifecycle stages, segmentation, lead-source attribution, consent preferences and CRM notes in HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive or equivalent systems.

  • Build email campaigns, newsletters, lead-nurture flows, abandoned-form reminders, re-engagement journeys and event follow-ups in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo or equivalent.

  • Create automation workflows using triggers, branches, lead scoring, notifications and SLA hand-offs.

  • Report on delivery, open rate, CTR, CTOR, unsubscribe rate, conversions, lead quality and pipeline impact. Comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam requirements.

Analytics, attribution & website CRO

  • Implement and validate GA4 events, conversions, audiences and reporting with Google Tag Manager. Coordinate pixels, server-side tracking or consent-mode requirements with developers where applicable.

  • Use GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar and ad-platform reporting to diagnose acquisition, behaviour, funnel and conversion performance.

  • Build or maintain dashboards that reconcile channel spend, traffic, leads, conversion rate, CPL/CPA, ROAS and client-specific KPIs.

  • Audit landing pages for speed, mobile usability, message match, form friction, accessibility, CTA clarity and conversion opportunities. Work with UX/web teams to ship improvements.

  • Understand attribution limitations, cookie consent and data-quality checks; clearly distinguish observed results, inferred impact and recommendations.

AI, content & multimedia standards

The role requires practical fluency with generative-AI tools for research synthesis, audience personas, keyword clustering, campaign angles, copy variants, content repurposing, simple image concepts, transcript summarisation and video ideation. Candidates must fact-check outputs, protect client data, avoid uploading confidential information to unapproved tools, respect copyright and licensing, label synthetic media where required, and obtain approvals before publishing AI-assisted work.

  • Use approved tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity for research and drafting; use Grammarly for editing and originality/plagiarism checks where required.

  • Use Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly/Express, Figma AI or equivalent only within client brand, licensing and approval guidelines.

  • Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, VEED or equivalent for captions, cut-downs, transcripts, audio clean-up and social-ready video versions.

  • Use AI-assisted SEO tools such as Semrush AI, Ahrefs, Surfer, Clearscope, Frase or equivalent to accelerate research and optimisation; validate recommendations against intent, quality and brand needs.

______________________

Performance expectations

  • Deliver accurate campaign launch plans, tracking QA and reporting on agreed schedules.

  • Meet agreed channel KPIs and continuously document learnings, tests and optimisation actions.

  • Maintain clean CRM data, reliable UTMs and auditable performance dashboards.

  • Produce client-ready work that meets Autographe’s creative and quality standards, with minimal rework.

  • Demonstrate continuous learning in platform updates, AI tools, search changes and privacy-safe measurement.
