JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Salary: 24000 - 280000 (Based on the experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, WordPress website development, Google & Meta Ads, Shopify management, and marketing automation using Zapier, Google Apps Script, and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing activities across multiple clients and deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Perform complete on-page and off-page SEO.

- Conduct keyword research using Rank Math, Yoast SEO, SEMrush, etc.

- Optimize content, URLs, meta tags, schema, and technical SEO.

- Build backlinks and monitor performance via Looker Studio.

- Conduct SEO audits and fix site issues.

2. Google Ads & Meta Ads Management

- Plan, create, and optimize Search, Display & Meta Ads.

- Set up conversion tracking with GTM & GA4.

- Analyze performance and optimize for ROI.

- Prepare monthly ad performance reports.

3. Website Development (WordPress & Shopify)

- Build responsive websites using Elementor.

- Manage updates, backups, speed optimization & security.

- Handle Shopify SEO, product uploads & theme updates.

4. Marketing Automation - Build automation using Zapier, Apps Script & APIs.

- Automate review replies, email flows & reports.

- Manage CRM integrations and form automation.

5. Content & Social Media Support

- Assist in creating content for social media and ads.

- Support content calendars and engagement tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Looker Studio, Apps Script, Zapier, GA4, Search Console, Canva. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, problem-solving, client management, time management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA/Bachelor’s in Marketing or Digital Marketing.

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience.

- Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.
