Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Generate quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research and build targeted customer segments.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audience sets.
Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPM, and conversions.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and marketing assets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and platform updates.
Requirements
Basic to intermediate experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
Understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, and retargeting.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
Familiarity with Pixel setup, Events Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience running campaigns for service-based businesses.
Knowledge of landing pages and funnel optimization.
Understanding of Google Ads is an added advantage.
