Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives
Write high-converting captions, ad copies, and product descriptions
Handle social media calendar and posting schedule
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) for lead generation
Monitor page insights, engagement, reach, and campaign performance
Coordinate with sales team for offers, campaigns & festive promotions
Build brand awareness with premium & professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram growth & Meta Ads Manager
- Creative mindset with understanding of branding & design aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
- Good communication skills in Hindi + Basic English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in healthcare / wellness / Ayurveda niche is a plus
- Strong understanding of reels & viral content trends
- Performance-driven approach (leads + sales focus)
