JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Manage and update the company website with product information, technical data, news, and company updates.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and improve audience engagement.
Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to improve website visibility.
Run and optimize online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing initiatives and coordinate with the Sales Department for lead conversion.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns for customers, distributors, and business partners.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, and website analytics.
Coordinate with product, sales, export, and design teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Develop digital brochures, presentations, banners, videos, and promotional materials in coordination with graphic designers.
Manage the company's online reputation by responding to customer inquiries and monitoring online reviews.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, webinars, and online promotional events through digital campaigns.
Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Social Media Marketing is preferred.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B industrial company.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to generate B2B leads through digital platforms.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
