Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Purchase Executive responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services while ensuring timely procurement, competitive pricing, and required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain purchase and vendor records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Ensure purchased items meet quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
• Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
