Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for IT training and cybersecurity services from various platforms including IndiaMart, JustDial, Sulekha, and social media

• Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels

• Monitor and respond to leads from inbound marketing platforms, emails, and forms

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up

• Maintain lead data in the CRM with accuracy and follow-up reminders

• Develop and run basic marketing campaigns using WhatsApp, email, and SMS tools

• Assist in creating landing pages, graphics, or content when required

• Provide daily/weekly lead performance reports to management

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of online platforms like IndiaMart, JustDial, Sulekha, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads

• Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tactics

• Basic graphic design and content writing skills are a plus

• CRM handling and campaign tracking

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus

• Experience in education or training sector preferred
