Key Responsibilities
1. SEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Manage website SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
- Create and manage backlinks using ethical and effective SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance.
- Identify SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for necessary corrections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
2. Google Ads / PPC
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage bids, budgets, negative keywords, ad copies, and ad extensions.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and reduce cost per lead.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage company and client social media accounts.
- Plan and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop social media content ideas, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer for creative and visual requirements.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach, traffic, and leads.
- Identify opportunities to improve social media performance.
4. Content Marketing
- Prepare content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Write SEO-friendly website content and develop relevant blog topics.
- Assist in preparing marketing proposals and promotional content.
- Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
5. Lead Generation
- Generate B2B/B2C leads through various digital marketing channels.
- Research potential customers, target industries, and business opportunities.
- Use LinkedIn and other online platforms for business lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Sales/BDM team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead data and digital marketing campaign records.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic and conversions using Google Analytics/GA4.
- Monitor website performance through Google Search Console.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, and lead sources.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals with practical SEO experience.
- Knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS will be preferred.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Ability to manage multiple digital marketing activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience.
- Experience working with IT, software, or web development companies will be an advantage.
- Candidates with proven lead-generation experience will be preferred.
