Job Role: Quality Analyst
Industry: Digital Marketing / SEO
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a SEO or Digital Marketing quality
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate SEO activities and digital marketing deliverables
Audit SEO reports, keyword research, backlinks, content, and on-page/off-page tasks
Ensure adherence to SEO best practices, Google guidelines, and company standards
Review client communications (emails/chats) for quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Provide feedback and coaching to SEO executives and digital marketers
Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance insights for management
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in SEO workflows
Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Skills Required
Strong analytical and quality evaluation skills
Good knowledge of SEO metrics, tools, and digital marketing KPIs
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) – written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and quality improvements
