🎯 Job Profile: Social Media & Performance Marketing Officer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Officer who can independently manage the company’s social media presence while driving paid campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions. This is a hybrid role that requires both organic growth expertise and strong performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

• Create and manage engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and video content.

• Plan, schedule, and manage the social media calendar.

• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow community reach.

• Track and report social media performance metrics: engagement, followers, reach, website traffic.

📊 Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

• Perform audience segmentation, keyword research, A/B testing, and ad optimization.

• Analyze campaign performance: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.

• Use Google Analytics and Meta Suite to track conversions and improve campaign performance.

🤝 Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with the design and content teams to create campaign visuals and videos.

• Ensure organic and paid strategies are aligned for maximum brand impact.

• Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities across platforms.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in both organic social media management and paid performance marketing.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social media reporting tools.

• Creative mindset for content ideation and copywriting.

• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

• Google Analytics

• Canva, Photoshop (Basic Graphic Design)

• Video Editing Apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
