We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at Enkay Ayurvedic Village Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 and a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display to drive qualified enquiries
- Manage monthly ad budgets (₹3–10 lakh) with a focus on CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Own the funnel from enquiry to admission, working closely with telecalling and admissions teams
- Set up and maintain GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CRM tracking; build performance dashboards
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, and offers to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with content/design teams on creatives, testimonials, and campaign assets
- Support SEO and organic lead-generation efforts
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
