Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

   • Handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)

   • Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts, stories, and reels.

   • Monitor page growth, engagement, and analytics.

   • Respond to messages, comments, and community engagement.

2. Website & SEO Management

   • Regularly update website content, images, and banners.

   • Handle on-page/off-page SEO for better ranking.

   • Add new products/services and ensure website optimization.

   • Coordinate with developer for updates or fixes.

3. Content Creation

   • Design creative posts, flyers, and advertisements using Canva or Photoshop.

   • Make short promotional videos and reels for special occasions and campaigns.

   • Write engaging captions, blog posts, and marketing copy.

4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

   • Create and send professional marketing emails, newsletters, and WhatsApp campaigns.

   • Manage lead lists and customer databases.

   • Track campaign performance and engagement.

5. Digital Campaigns & Analytics

   • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

   • Monitor insights, impressions, and ROI.

   • Create monthly performance and growth reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends

• Experience with Canva / Photoshop / CapCut / Filmora

• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website CMS

• Understanding of SEO & SMM strategies

• Good command over English & Hindi communication

• Creative thinking and attention to detail
