We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Expert who is highly skilled in Social Media Marketing and Google Ads Campaign Management.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and passionate about growing brands through online marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage end-to-end social media marketing – strategy, content planning, posting, and analytics.
Conduct keyword research and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping & YouTube ads.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Track and analyze website & campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Develop monthly reports with performance insights and growth recommendations.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to execute marketing plans.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, Google Ads policies, and algorithm changes.
Manage budgets, track spends, and ensure performance goals are met.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to plan and execute campaigns with measurable results.
Knowledge of SEO basics and conversion tracking (UTM parameters, events).
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with YouTube Ads and Remarketing Campaigns.
Familiarity with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot).
Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and A/B testing.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint preferred.
