Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy individual (preferably a girl, MBA fresher) with digital marketing training, to take full ownership of managing our Shopify-based website (www.ezeepack.com), customer service, e-commerce operations, and our new product listings on platforms like Amazon and more. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who wants to build a career in digital and e-commerce management.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Website Management (Shopify)

Handle daily website operations including product listings, pricing updates, inventory checks, and promotional banners.

Coordinate dispatches and order tracking with the logistics team.

Raise and resolve any technical issues with the Shopify platform, in coordination with developers or agency partners.

2. Customer Service & Order Management

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and website chat.

Resolve complaints, returns, and product inquiries.

Ensure seamless post-order customer experience from purchase to delivery.

3. Amazon & Marketplace Listings

Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon India and other e-commerce platforms.

Create and upload product catalogues with proper images, titles, keywords, and bullet points.

Monitor orders, ratings, reviews, and sales performance across platforms.

4. Digital Marketing Coordination

Work alongside external digital marketing agencies for running ads, SEO, and other online campaigns.

Track and report on ad spend, campaign performance, and ROI.

Help plan festive campaigns and monthly content calendars.

5. Admin & Backend Support

Provide admin support for ezeepack.com, including website maintenance updates, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Assist in preparing reports, managing stock sheets, and updating internal sales and lead data.

6. Growth & Learning

Stay updated with new digital tools and marketing trends.

Be open to taking on new projects, roles, and responsibilities as the company grows.

Contribute ideas and insights for improving online sales, visibility, and customer engagement.

Who We’re Looking For

A female candidate, preferably an MBA fresher or graduate with digital marketing certification.

Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

Lives in or near Noida, and is comfortable commuting daily to Sector 5.

Has a strong learning mindset, ability to multitask, and ownership attitude.

Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Excel will be an advantage.
