About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, and ensure consistent brand presence.

Perform SEO/SEM activities to improve organic rankings and website performance.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.

Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.

Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to align marketing goals.

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).

Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and monthly performance.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience: 0–3 years in Digital Marketing or similar role.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, etc.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Creative thinking with the ability to deliver innovative ideas.
