generation and digital marketing for real estate developers, business owners, and

channel partners.

Role: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in

running paid campaigns and generating quality leads, preferably in the real estate

industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

• Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.

• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
