Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join the DigiSankalp team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about digital trends, capable of handling multiple platforms, and committed to executing high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.

• Optimize website SEO—keyword research, on-page & off-page activities, backlink building, and SEO reporting.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, social media posts, and landing pages.

• Manage email marketing, automation workflows, and lead-nurturing campaigns.

• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.

• Assist in brand strategy, online reputation management (ORM), and community building.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop (added advantage).

• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Basic video editing / reel creation skills.

• Understanding of influencer collaboration and digital PR.
