Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a GMB Expert to join our team at DigiMarq Technology Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing Management & Optimization:

  Create, set up, and maintain accurate, fully optimized GMB profiles, including accurate business information, categories, and descriptions. 

• Content Creation:

  Develop engaging GMB posts with strong calls-to-action (CTAs), keyword-rich descriptions, and visually appealing content like photos and offers. 

• Local SEO Implementation:

  Improve visibility in local search results and the "Google 3-Pack" by ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) consistency across the web and building local citations. 

• Reputation Management:

  Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions, implementing strategies for positive review generation and building a trustworthy online presence. 

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  Analyze GMB insights and other tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track key metrics (e.g., local pack rankings, calls, direction requests) and provide actionable reports. 

• Issue Resolution:

  Handle GMB-related issues, including suspensions, verification problems, and resolving incorrect information on listings. 

• Staying Updated:

  Keep abreast of the latest Google algorithm changes, local SEO best practices, and new GMB features to maintain effectiveness. 

Skills & Tools

• Local SEO:

  In-depth knowledge of local SEO principles and techniques. 

• Tools:

  Proficiency with local SEO auditing tools (e.g., BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local), rank trackers (e.g., Local Falcon), and performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, GMB Insights). 

• Communication:

  Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal teams, providing detailed performance reports. 

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to quickly resolve GMB-related issues, such as listing suspensions.
