Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the YouTube channel.
Edit long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
Create engaging videos with smooth transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music.
Upload videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags.
Create attractive thumbnails or coordinate with the thumbnail designer.
Plan and schedule content according to the upload calendar.
Monitor YouTube Analytics, views, audience retention, and subscriber growth.
Suggest creative ideas to improve channel performance.
Ensure consistent posting and maintain video quality.
Required Skills
Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of YouTube SEO and channel management.
Basic knowledge of thumbnails and graphic design.
Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing a YouTube channel is an advantage.
A portfolio of edited videos or YouTube Shorts is preferred.
Freshers with good editing skills and practical knowledge can also apply.
