Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Project Coordinator (Male Candidate only) with 3–5 years of experience in managing SEO campaigns and client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and the internal SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects, clear communication, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and project expectations.

• Conduct regular client calls to review performance reports, discuss strategies, and address queries.

• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the SEO and content teams.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, project timelines, and deliverables.

SEO Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate with the SEO, content, design, and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Monitor SEO campaign performance and ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals (traffic, rankings, conversions).

• Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization reviews, and content strategy planning.

• Review and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to clients with insights and recommendations.

Quality & Delivery Management:

• Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of tasks and reports.

• Identify potential project risks or delays and proactively resolve them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO project coordination or client servicing within a digital marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, analytics).

• Excellent communication and client management skills — confident in leading client calls and presentations.

• Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international clients or large-scale SEO campaigns.

• Basic understanding of paid media or content marketing.

• Certification in Google Analytics or SEO tools (preferred but not mandatory).
