Roles & Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.Manage daily budgets, bids, and track KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversions).Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.Collaborate with marketing/sales team to align ad campaigns with business goals.Requirements:Knowledge/experience in Google Ads, PPC, SEM.Familiarity with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.Strong analytical & reporting skills.Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).Good communication and problem-solving skills.
