Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers across social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
Coordinate influencer-led campaigns from planning to execution.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI).
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and influencer activities.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contracts.
1–3 years of influencer marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative mindset with trend awareness.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing tools is a plus.
