The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for the company’s products and services, focusing on SEO, social media, paid ads, content, and lead generation.
This role involves working closely with the management and development team to design campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility.
App Launch & Campaign Management
Develop and implement the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing strategy for the mobile app.
Create engaging promotional campaigns to target CHA, logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
Plan and manage social media buzz, teaser campaigns, and community building.
Digital Marketing Operations
Execute and manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns.
Optimize website content and app pages for visibility and ranking.
Handle email marketing campaigns – design, automation, and analytics.
Develop creative content and posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth of company social media accounts.
Collaborate with design and tech teams for visuals, infographics, and short videos.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly engagement reports.
Branding & Website Management
Manage and update company and product websites regularly.
Maintain consistent brand voice, design standards, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with developers for landing page design and integration.
Lead Generation & Market Research
Run digital ad campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.
Identify potential clients and partners in target sectors (CHA, Forwarding, Manufacturing, Retail).
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend growth strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and Email Automation tools.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
Experience in mobile app marketing or B2B marketing.
Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).
Ability to plan influencer collaborations or referral programs.
Understanding of industry-specific audiences (CHA, forwarding, IT Industry, manufacturing, retail).
