Job Summary:
We are looking for an expert Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google My Business marketing. The
ideal candidate will be a mastermind in Google Analytics, sales funnel
building, and market research to support the company's growth. They will
be responsible for organizing lead generation campaigns, driving brand
visibility, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to fuel business
expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies across
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google My Business.
Build and optimize sales funnels to maximize lead generation and
conversion rates.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends,
customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
Utilize Google Analytics and other data-driven tools to track, analyze,
and improve marketing performance.
Implement SEO and content strategies to enhance online visibility and
brand positioning.
Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and
support the overall sales engine.
Leverage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and
maximize outreach efforts.
Act as a catalyst for business growth, driving ROI through innovative
digital strategies.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business,
Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven expertise in digital marketing, social
media strategies, and sales funnel optimization.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics,
SEO, PPC, social media advertising, CRM tools, and email marketing
automation.
Lead Generation Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance
marketing, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization
(CRO).
Content & Branding Knowledge: Ability to develop and execute
engaging content strategies for social media, video marketing, and
blogs.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret data,
generate insights, and refine marketing strategies.
Result-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated track record of achieving
KPIs, boosting online presence, and increasing lead conversion rates.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Strong coordination skills
with sales, content, and design teams.
